How cool is this? Tade Biesinger, a 11-year-old dancer from Bountiful, has been chosen to star in the musical Billy Elliot on Broadway! 

Just today, the show put out a press release announcing that he’s the 13th young boy to star in the Tony award-winning musical that opened on Broadway in 2008.

He’s been out in New York City rehearsing for the past couple of months and will make his debut on May 15.

Tade trained at Dance Impressions in Bountiful and Ballet West Academy. He played the role of Fritz in Ballet West’s Nutcracker last year and won the New York City Dance Alliance National Mini Outstanding Dancer award this summer.

He’s an amazing dancer and young man and will represent Utah extremely well!  We’ll post more articles and videos when we see them!
